30-Day Return Policy

At JD Collection, we want you to love your ties. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

Unworn Condition: To be eligible for a return, ties must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received back at our facility and inspected, we will automatically issue your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:

To start your return, please email us at ldunaway@deansstaffing.com with your order number. We will reply within 24–48 hours with the return shipping address.

Please note: Wholesale orders are subject to different contract terms and are not eligible for standard retail returns.
